PERMANENT PART-TIME EMPLOYEES

A.	GENERAL DEFINITIONS

   1. Permanent Part-time Employees - those who work more than 12 hours and less
       than 37½ hours per week.

   2. Calendar Month - is from the first day to the last day (inclusive) of the month.

   3. Calendar Year - is from 01 January to 31 December (inclusive)

   4. Holiday Year: - is from 01 January to 31 December (inclusive)

   5. Business Day - any day falling between Monday and Friday inclusive

   6. Business Week: - Number of days worked per week.

B. ANNUAL HOLIDAYS AND COMPUTATION OF PART MONTHS

   1. Holiday entitlement is calculated pro-rata for Complete Calendar Months based
upon the full annual entitlement of X working days, where X = number of days
       worked per week x 4.

   2. The Company will normally honour holiday commitments already made when
        joining the Company.

   3. In the case of a holiday commitment which the Company agrees to honour but
which is greater than the holiday entitlement, a salary adjustment will be made.

   4. Statutory Public Holidays, which are published in line with Government Policy, will
be granted for part-time employees, but no payment will be made for them.

   5. At the end of the Holiday Year, any untaken holiday entitlement cannot be carried
forward to the next calendar year. Therefore, ensure you use all of your holiday
entitlement before 31 December each year.
